Greetings lamb lovers,
We have 14 well-grown lambs going to market this Fall.
The first five will be going to our processor, Countryside Quality Meats, on September 13th.
Five more will be going in October and the last four in November. I expect all to produce a
40 to 60 pound carcass with a nice fat covering.
Speaking of fat, I am asking our processor to include less fat in the trim used to make
the ground lamb this year as per your feed back.
